The TL431 Voltage Reference SOT-23 RoHS manufactured by SLKORMICRO is a three- terminal adjustable voltage references in a miniature surface mount package. This device utilizes a band-gap voltage reference, guarding it from extraneous environmental noise such as power supply fluctuations and temperature variation, thus providing an exceptionally low temperature coefficient of 0.07%/ ºC. This element offers an adjustable output voltage of 1.2-36VDC. The centering voltage (Vref) is internally factory-calibrated to 2.5V, and with a single external resistor, the output voltage can be adjusted to any value between 1.2-36VDC.
