The TL431 SOT-23 Voltage Reference ROHS is a 3-terminal adjustable regulator integrated circuit (IC) manufactured by TWGMC. It is a voltage stabilizer that offers precise and accurate reference output. With its SOT-23 package, the device has a wide range of operating temperature from -40°C to 125°C, making it widely suitable for use in a variety of applications. This device offers low power dissipation with its wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 36V. It offers a reference output voltage adjustable between 1.25V to 32V. The TL431 SOT-23 also has a programmable output voltage accuracy and is equipped with various protection features such as over-voltage, over-current and thermal shut down. Additionally, it has a low temperature coefficient and low noise level which allows for a high level of accuracy. It is also RoHS compliant, making it an ideal part for modern designs.
