The OL TYPE 5/6 SUIT L part of JSP (Joint Service Publication) covers the responsibilities that individuals, commanders and organizations have for the planning, organisation, execution and evaluation of material repairs and in-service support. This includes individual and collective training, trials and exercise, instruction and conduct of operations, management of engineering support and maintenance, energy engineering and management, logistic support in-service, and provision of maintenance and repair. It also includes technical publishing, configuration management, obsolescence management, equipment modification, procurement and logistic support evaluation.
