Additional Infomation About Product

The KGF40N120KDA-U/P is an insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) with TO-247-3 packaging produced by KEC. It is compliant with Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) regulations. The KGF40N120KDA-U/P can support current ratings of up to 40 Amps at operating frequencies of up to 25 kHz in hard switching operation and is capable of operating at junction temperatures up to 150 °C. It also has an integrated anti-parallel collector-emitter diode with a turn-on time of up to 50 ns. It is suitable for use in applications such as motor drives, welding, UPS power supplies and PWM AC inverters.
