Additional Infomation About Product

The BT131-800 with Thyristors - TRIACs SOT-223 RoHS from KEXIN is a three-terminal bipolar semiconductor device for high power switching applications. The device is a RoHS compliant, bidirectional AC switch for use in Phase Control applications and, as a TRIAC, it is essentially two inverse parallel connected silicon controlled rectifiers (SCRs). It is a sensitive gate device with breakover current of 5 mA and blocking voltage capability of 800V. It has a low on-state resistance and low thermal resistance. It is packaged in an SOT-223 package with a high power dissipation of 400mW. The BT131-800 can be used in a variety of applications including motor control, phase control, and AC switching.
