KAR-10-A4 is one of the parts of the Kraftberg gear system. This gearless gearbox is designed for sensitive and precise gear changes, particularly in applications requiring lower gear ratios and increased torque. The KAR-10-A4 gearless gearbox features a unique and highly efficient design, consisting of two pairs of internal planetary gears with wide and spaced gear teeth, combined with smooth and precise gear meshing. This reduces gear noise, delivers smooth and precise shifting, and provides superior gear strength. The gearbox also has a dual-clutch design and is designed for up to 1000Nm torque capacity and an input pressure of 350 bar. Additionally, the gearbox offers an exceptionally long life expectancy.
