The LC1463CB3TR30 is a surface-mount low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator, manufactured by LEADCHIP and packaged in the SOT23-3 form factor. It is RoHS compliant and features excellent line and load Transient response. It has an adjustable output voltage between 0.8V and 4.5V, with 0.01V incremental step size. The maximum output current is 500mA, with a dropout voltage of 0.5V (max) at load current 100mA. The device includes short circuit and thermal protection along with high transconductance current limit, making it suitable for a variety of applications.
