The CESD5V0K5 with SOT-363 is an ESD protection device produced by Leiditech. This device is RoHS compliant and is used to protect electronic components from the destruction caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other voltage-related issues. The CESD5V0K5 features a small SOT-363 package and provides 5V clamping voltage to enhance ESD protection performance.
