The ESD5451Z is a RoHS-compliant, surface-mount electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection device manufactured by Leiditech. It is a dual-channel device, contained in a compact DFN0603 package, and is designed to provide a robust solution for protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD) events. The ESD Protection Device features low capacitance (6.0pF typically) for signal integrity and low clamping voltage for improved signal quality and power consumption. The device also features low standoff voltage and a wide operating temperature range for robustness in various environments. It is ideal for use in portable applications, such as tablets and mobile phones, as well as in industrial devices. The device is RoHS compliant and is available in three versions: the ESD5451Z1, which is the normal version for 1.5KV ESD level protection, the ESD5451Z2, which is an enhanced version for 2.0KV ESD level protection, and the ESD5451Z5, which is an optional version for 5.0KV ESD level protection.
