Additional Infomation About Product

The MOC3063 with Optotriac manufactured by Lite-On is an integrated optically coupled solid state device consisting of an infrared LED photo-coupler optical receiver. It is a 6-pin DIP package, having a zero voltage crossing gate trigger mechanism and can be operated up to 5kV of working isolation voltage with 600V of Uout. The device is equipped with an LED driver which is used to turn on/off the external SCRs and Triacs. It is specifically designed to drive various power loads, providing a compact and reliable solution for open-collector and push-pull applications.
