The 2N6397G with SCRs THY 12A 400V SCR is an electronic component manufactured by Littelfuse. It is a standard triac thyristor with a blocking voltage of 400 Volts and a maximum current of 12Amps. It is used in applications such as motor controls, lighting control, temperature control, heating/ventilation fans, and AC switching applications. It has a very low switching time and high holding current. The 2N6397G also features a fast turn-on and a wide range of operating temperatures.
