The 30KPA33A-B ESD Suppressors / TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressors) Diodes, manufactured by Littelfuse, are compact, surface-mountable diodes that feature high power dissipation and a wide working voltage range. They are designed to protect sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and electrical overstress (EOS). Features of these diodes include: low leakage and clamping current, low clamping voltage, fast response time, low parasitic capacitance, and high peak power ratings.
