Additional Infomation About Product

The MCR12DG is a Littelfuse component designed for microcontroller reset circuits. It has a built-in debounce circuit to reduce false triggering and a voltage supervisor that can monitor supply voltages up to 18V. The component also features an integrated pull-up/pull-down resistor, input and output buffer and Schmitt triggers, and has a low quiescent current leak at 20 µA, making it suitable for battery-operated applications. The component also includes a push-pull output stage, allowing it to drive up to 20mA to reset other devices. The component can be triggered by either the reset or shield pin, and the output can be configured by tying the shield pin to ground or Vcc. The component is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for use in automotive applications.
