MCR12DG is a 1-A, fixed, off-line capacitive dropper integrated circuit manufactured by ON Semiconductor. The IC features an integrated switching regulator, a primary-side current-sensing circuit and a power factor correction (PFC) controller. It provides an easy solution to meet the stringent efficiency and safety requirements of Class I and Class II applications. It is suitable for use in wide-input-voltage applications, such as those found in global power conversion applications.
