Additional Infomation About Product

The LP3808N-11B3F is a 3-pin SOT23-3 RoHS regulator with integrated power management IC (PMIC) supervisor manufactured by Lowpower. It is a low standby current device with a wide input voltage range from 2.3V to 5.5V. It provides fixed and adjustable output voltage options, enabling the use of multiple voltages easily. It features an under voltage lockout (UVLO) which protects the regulator from over-current and over-temperature events. It also has an internal automatic recovery function that prevents excessive current from being drawn from the regulated output. In addition, the LP3808N-11B3F has an active low reset signal suitable for various types of microcontrollers. This regulator is especially suitable for battery-powered applications where low standby current and power consumption are desired.
