Additional Infomation About Product

The LP3980-28B5F is a SOT23-5 RoHS (Restricted Hazardous Substances) compliant low dropout regulator (LDO) manufactured by LOWPOWER. It is a low quiescent current regulator, with an output current capability of up to 350mA and a dropout voltage (VDROP) of 215mV at full load (350mA). It features excellent efficiency, and has fast transient response. It is designed to be used in high power, high voltage and harsh environmental conditions, making it ideal for applications requiring low power and high stability. It is available in two different versions, one with an adjustable output voltage between 1.2V and 5.5V, and one with a fixed output voltage of 3.3V.
