The LP3987H-15B5F is a 5-pin, SOT23-5 RoHS compliant Low Dropout (LDO) voltage regulator, manufactured by LOWPOWER. This regulator consumes low quiescent current, thus allowing the design of small, portable, and low power consuming systems. It also features a low dropout voltage of 300mV, which is suitable for low voltage applications. It can provide a stable output voltage of 1.5V with an accuracy of +/- 2% and is able to provide an output current of up to 250mA.
