The MX25L1006EMI-10G from Macronix is a 1Mb FLASH (1M x 1, 512K x 2) memory integrated circuit that comes in an 8-pin, 150-mil wide, SOP package. It supports SPI serial protocol, and is RoHS-compliant. With its industry-leading fast read performance and low power design, this 1Mb FLASH memory can be used in a wide variety of consumer electronics including digital cameras, DVD players, and more.
