The AT28HC256E-12SU-202 is a large-capacity, buy-one-time, non-volatile SRAM from Microchip Technology Inc. It is a 28-pin, dual in-line package that is available in the 8-bit wide x 256-kbit, 1-Mbit, 2-Mbit and 4-Mbit versions with an operating voltage of 2.7V to 6.0V. It offers a range of read/write speeds and a low power consumption that extends battery life in portable designs. The AT28HC256E-12SU-202 has twochip enable inputs and one write enable input, and is programmed and erased in a single step.
