The DSPIC33EP128GM310-I/BG is a dsPIC microcontroller integrated circuit (IC) manufactured by Microchip. It features an on-chip 16kB SRAM and 128kB Flash memory, both accessible through dedicated buses. The IC comes in a TFBGA121 package and provides enhanced digital peripheral module, analog performance and optimization for motor control applications. It also offers specified temperature range from -40C° to +125C°, with a wide 3.3V operating voltage range from 2.3V to 3.6V. It supports an internal oscillator of up to 32MHz, as well as external clock source. It is equipped with 10-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter peripherals for processing multiple data conversion channels. The device also has an onboard Digital Signal Processor to help with signal processing tasks. The IC is intended for automotive, industrial, and commercial applications.
