Additional Infomation About Product

The MCP120T-270I/TT is a CMOS reset circuit manufactured by Microchip. It is designed to provide a reset signal when configuration registers or EEPROM memory have been altered. The adjustable reset threshold of this device allows it to function in applications that require accuracy and precision. The reset threshold voltage is set by a single external resistor. The reset output is active low and open drain configured. A low voltage reset is also available and can be used to monitor power-good signals. The device is rated over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range and operates from 1.8V to 5.5V. It has an ultralow power consumption which is ideal for battery operated applications. The device is available in a common package, SOIC-8 form factor.
