MCP14A0453/4/5 4.5A Dual MOSFET Driver with Low Threshold Input and Enable Features General Description High Peak Output Current: 4.5A (typical) The MCP14A0453/4/5 devices are high-speed dual MOSFET drivers that are capable of providing up to Wide Input Supply Voltage Operating Range: 4.5A of peak current while operating from a single 4.5V - 4.5V to 18V to 18V supply. There are three output configurations Low Shoot-Through/Cross-Conduction Current in available: dual inverting (MCP14A0453), dual Output Stage noninverting (MCP14A0454) and complementary High Capacitive Load Drive Capability: (MCP14A0455).
