Additional Infomation About Product

The MCP14A0454-E/MS is a high speed MOSFET driver from Microchip. It is designed to drive two N-Channel MOSFETs for DC/DC converters, motor control and other power management applications. The device has a 4A high side MOSFET driver with up to 530V isolated output and 1A low side MOSFET driver with up to 270V isolated output. It has an adjustable propagation delay of 2ms, operating temperature range of -40C to +125C, adjustable dead-time and high switching frequency capability. Its integrated dead-time control (sense resistance/capacitance) ensures safe and reliable operation. It is also RoHS compliant. It comes in an 8-pin MSOP package.
