Technology IncThe MCP14A0455-E/SN is a high performance, matched gate driver designed to deliver up to 4.5 amps of current drive capability. This single-channel, low-side MOSFET driver is ideal for AC switchover and power supply applications. With its short propagation delay, it can be used for pulse-width-modulated (PWM) applications, providing a high controller frequency and accurate timing. Its high slew rate provides the ability to drive powerful MOSFETs quickly. This driver also offers excellent ESD performance of 8 kV for human body model. The device is manufactured by Microchip Technology, Inc. and comes in a small SOT-23-6 package.
