This family has a 5 MHz Gain Supply Voltage: 2.2V to 6.0V Bandwidth Product (GBWP) and a 65 phase margin. Rail-to-Rail Input/Output This family also operates from a single supply voltage Extended Temperature Range: -40C to +125C as low as 2.2V, while drawing 450 A (typical) quiescent Available in Single, Dual, and Quad Packages current.
