MCP6V66/6U/7/9 -V Drift: 150 nV/C (maximum) family of operational amplifiers provides input offset OS voltage correction for very low offset and offset drift. -V : 25 V (maximum) OS These devices have a gain bandwidth product of -A : 110 dB (minimum, V =5.5V) OL DD 1MHz (typical). They are unity-gain stable, have - PSRR: 110 dB (minimum, V =5.5V) DD virtually no 1/f noise and have good Power Supply - CMRR: 111 dB (minimum, V =5.5V) DD Rejection Ratio (PSRR) and Common Mode Rejection -E : 0.54 V (typical), f = 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz Ratio (CMRR). These products operate with a single ni P-P supply voltage as low as 1.8V, while drawing -E : 0.17 V (typical), f = 0.01 Hz to 1 Hz ni P-P 80 A/amplifier (typical) of quiescent current. Enhanced EMI Protection: The Microchip Technology Inc. MCP6V66/6U/7/9 op - Electromagnetic Interference Rejection Ratio (EMIRR) at 1.8 GHz: 101 dB amps are offered in single (MCP6V66 and MCP6V66U), dual (MCP6V67) and quad (MCP6V69) Low Power and Supply Voltages: packages.
