TechnologyThe MIC49150YMM-TR is a dual supply LDO voltage regulator from Microchip Technology, designed to provide a 1.5A low voltage output. It features a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 18V, and a low dropout voltage of 360mV at full load. The device offers excellent line and load regulation, and it can handle an output current as low as 15mA. It is a lead free device, and is capable of providing a stable output under varying temperatures and conditions. Furthermore, the device is designed with reverse polarity protection, under-voltage lockout, thermal shut down, and short-circuit protection. It is available in a SOT-23-5 package.
