SY88993AV 5V/3.3V 3.2Gbps HIGH-SPEED SY88993AV LIMITING POST AMPLIFIER DESCRIPTION FEATURES > 3.2Gbps operation The SY88993AV limiting post amplifier with its high and wide bandwidth is ideal for use as a post amplifier in fiber- Low noise CML data outputs optic receivers with data rates up to 3.2Gbps. Signals as Chatter-Free LOS generation small as 4mVp-p can be amplified to drive devices with Open Collector TTL LOS output CML inputs or AC coupled PECL inputs.
