The TC4427ACOA is a dual MOSFET driver from Microchip. It is designed to drive N-channel enhancement-mode power metal oxide semiconductor (MOSFET) and IGBTs in half-bridge or full-bridge configurations. It provides high peak output current and is capable of driving up to 500 mA from each output, and can withstand a maximum output voltage of 40 V. It has a wide operating range of 4.5 - 18V supply voltage, and a guaranteed minimum breakdown voltage of 15V between VDD and VSS pins. The TC4427ACOA provides a high-speed propagation delay of 14ns from input to output, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications. It also features built-in protection against excessive input voltages, supply overvoltages, and output short-circuit protection.
