Additional Infomation About Product

The TC4428VOA713 is a dual MOSFET gate driver with dual driver channels, manufactured by Microchip. This device has a continuous source current of 1.5A and a peak source current of up to 5A. It operates from a supply voltage between 6V to 36V and has an integrated protection circuit against reverse polarity, over temperature, and short circuit. This driver is available in a SOIC8 package and is designed to switch power MOSFETs and IGBTs in high performance motor control applications such as Motor Control, SMPS, Power Factor Correction, Soft Start and DC-DC Conversion.
