The USB2422/MJ with USB Interface IC is a low pin count, two-port USB 2.0 Hi-Speed Hub Controller manufactured by Microchip. It is an advanced, single-chip, low-pin count 2.0 Hi-Speed hub controller with integrated 2 port transceiver that supports Low, Full and High speed data rate up to 480Mbps. It supports Full/Low speed ULP transactions, data rates up to 12Mbps, and High Speed (HS) USB2.0 data rates up to 480Mbps. The USB2422/MJ has an integrated 1.2Mbps SERDES, low power consumption, and high-quality signal transmission, and supports 4-bit wide time division multiplexing (TDM) architecture. Its integrated full-speed transceiver eliminates the need for external components and provides one USB 2.0 port with up to 480 Mbps of bandwidth. The USB2422/MJ also offers integrated overcurrent protection and pin control function to protect and manage connected peripheral devices. Additionally, it is compliant with all USB 2.0 specifications.
