The S2A-TP part of Micro Commercial Components (MCC) is a Triacs and SCR's (Thyristors) product line. It offers devices that are suitable for controlling the power of AC loads. These devices include gate controlled and light controlling triacs, gate turn-off (GTO) thyristors, fast recovery diodes, as well as combinations of silicon controlled rectifiers (SCRs) and triacs in the same package. The S2A-TP series is available in four different package types — through hole, molded, surface mount and molded leadless. In addition, the S2A-TP series is designed to provide high thermal conductivity, low current leakage and fast switching times. The parts are UL and VDE recognized components and designed to save power, reduce costs and provide design flexibility.
