The ST310B SMB RoHS from Microdiode Electronics is a small signal Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) that is made for applications where low forward voltage drop and fast switching performance are required. It has a very low on-state resistance, excellent reverse leakage characteristics, and pocket type construction. This SBD is RoHS compliant and meets the requirements of MIL-STD-19500 for shock, vibration, and temperature. It also has a range of temperature coefficients to match the conditions in a wide variety of temperature conditions. With a low forward voltage drop for quick switching and a high voltage rating of 200 V, the ST310B is suitable for a variety of high power and/or complex circuits.
