ME2803A28M3G is a Supervisory Microprocessor & Microcontroller SOT23-3 RoHS manufactured by Micro One. It is designed to monitor microprocessor and microcontroller supplies, and provide system reset and watchdog timer functions. It is designed to provide high-precision voltage monitoring, with an accuracy of 2.5% over the operating temperature range and very low power dissipation. It also features an active low hardware reset output that is asserted when the VDD supply voltage drops below the preset threshold. The ME2803A28M3G is a fully RoHS compliant part.
