The ME6219C13M5G is a low-dropout regulator (LDO) SOT-23-5 RoHS manufactured by Micro One. It features an output voltage of 0.8 to 13.5 V, an operating temperature range of -40 to +125 °C, and a maximum 0.2V dropout voltage.
