The Mixic MX1618 is a dual-channel motor driver IC with ESOP8 packaging which is compliant with RoHS standards. It is a full bridge driver optimized for medium/high voltage, low/high power DC motor drives. It supports medium/high voltage, low/high current DC motor drives. It works with low side and high side N-channel power MOSFETs for both drive and brake sides. It offers protection functions such as overcurrent protection, over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, short-circuit protection and thermal protection. It also offers programmable features such as adjustable current sense resistance, dead-time function and protection function time settings. This IC is suitable for auto cleaning robots, home appliance, and industrial equipment applications.
