MP1400 7V Input, 0.6A Peak, 1.5MHz Negative DCDC Power Converter In 8-ball CSP Package The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP1400 is a monolithic negative DCDC Wide 2.7V to 7V Operating Input Range power converter with built-in internal power Output Adjustable from -0.9V to -6V MOSFET. The DC-DC IC has a tiny surface Up to 600mA Peak Output Current mount 0.8mm x 1.6mm 8-ball CSP package. It 300m High Side MOSFET On Resistance achieves up to 600mA peak output current from Default 1.5MHz Switching Frequency a 2.7V to 7V input voltage. The output voltage Ground Reference Enable can be regulated from -0.9V to -6V. Cycle-by-Cycle Over Current Protection The 1500 kHz switching frequency allows for Short Circuit Protect with Hiccup Mode smaller external components producing a Output Voltage Discharge compact solution for a wide range of load Output Over Voltage Protection currents. The internal compensation and soft Available in a 0.8mm x 1.6mm 8-ball CSP start minimizes the external component count Package and limits the inrush current during startup.
