MP2331H 24V, 2A, 1.2MHz, Synchronous Buck Converter DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP2331H is a fully integrated, high- Wide 4.2V to 24V Operating Input Range frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, 110m/45m Low R Internal Power DS(ON) switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs MOSFETs. The MP2331H offers a very 200A Low I Q compact solution that achieves 2A of High-Efficiency Synchronous Mode continuous output current with excellent load Operation and line regulation over a wide input range. The Fast Load Transient Response MP2331H uses synchronous mode operation 1.2MHz Switching Frequency for higher efficiency over the output current load T Extension ON range. Forced PWM Operation Constant-on-time (COT) control operation Programmable Soft-Start Time provides very fast transient response, easy loop Power Good (PG) Indication design, and very tight output regulation. Over-Current Protection (OCP) and Hiccup Pre-Bias Start-Up Full protection features include short-circuit Thermal Shutdown protection (SCP), over-current protection (OCP), Available in a SOT583 (1.6mmx2.1mm) under-voltage protection (UVP), and thermal Package shutdown. The MP2331H requires a minimal number of APPLICATIONS readily available, standard, external Game Consoles components and is available in a space-saving Digital Set-Top Boxes SOT583 package.
