MP23701 24V, 2A, 1.5MHz, Synchronous, Step-Down LED Driver DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP23701 is a 24V, monolithic, 4.2V to 24V Wide Input Range synchronous, step-down, white LED driver with Synchronous Step-Down Converter a built-in power MOSFET and rectifier. The 100m Internal High-Side Power MOSFET MP23701 can achieve up to 2A of continuous 80m Internal Low-Side Synchronous output current with excellent load and line Rectifier regulation. Peak-current mode operation Peak-Current Mode Control provides fast transient response and easy loop Up to 2A Continuous Output Current stabilization. 100mV Feedback Voltage The MP23701 implements deep analog Up to 97% Efficiency dimming. Full protection features include cycle- Fixed 1.5MHz Switching Frequency by-cycle peak-current limiting, output short- Analog Dimming circuit protection (SCP), open LED protection, Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit NTC thermal protection, and thermal shutdown. Inherent LED Open Protection Output Short-Circuit Protection (SCP) The MP23701 requires a minimal number of NTC Thermal Protection readily available, standard, external Thermal Shutdown components and is available in a UTQFN-8 (1.5mmx2.5mm) package.
