MP8042 24V, 5A Dual Channel Power Half-Bridge The Future of Analog IC Technology FEATURES DESCRIPTION 5A Peak Current Output The MP8042 is a configurable full-bridge or Up to 600kHz Switching Frequency dual channel half-bridge that can be configured Protected Integrated 150m Power Switches as the output stage of a Class-D audio amplifier. 30ns Switch Dead Time Each channel can be driven independently as All Switches Current Limited stereo single ended audio amplifiers, or driven Internal Under Voltage Protection complementary in a bridge tied load (BTL) Internal Thermal Protection audio amplifier configuration. 2.1mA Operating Current The MP8042 features a low current shutdown Fault Output Flag mode, standby mode, input under voltage Stereo Single Ended Output Power: protection, current limit, thermal shutdown and 20W/Channel at 24V, 4 Load fault flag signal output. Both channels of the Bridge Tied Load Output Power: 40W at 24V, driver interface with standard logic signals. The 8 Load MP8042 is available in a 20-pin TSSOP (with Exposed Pad) package.
