MP8049S 24V, 5.5A Quad Channel Power Half-Bridge The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP8049S is a configurable dual channel 5V to 26V VDD full-bridge or quad channel half-bridge that can 5.5A Peak Current Output be configured as the output stage of a Class-D Up to 1MHz Switching Frequency audio amplifier. Each full-bridge can be driven Protected Integrated Power 0.14 Switches independently as stereo single ended audio 10ns Switch Dead Time amplifiers or driven complementary in a bridge All Switches Current Limited tied load (BTL) audio amplifier configuration. Internal Under Voltage Protection The MP8049S features a low current shutdown Internal Thermal Protection mode, standby mode, input under voltage Short-circuit Protection protection, current limit, thermal shutdown and Fault Output Flag fault flag signal output.
