MPQ4415M 1.5A, 36V, 2.2MHz, High-Efficiency, Synchronous, Step-Down Converter AEC-Q100 Qualified DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPQ4415M is a high-frequency, EMI Reduction Technique synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode Wide 4V to 36V Operating Input Range converter with built-in power MOSFETs. The 1.5A Continuous Load Current MPQ4415M offers a very compact solution that 90m/50m Low R Internal Power DS(ON) achieves 1.5A of continuous output current with MOSFETs excellent load and line regulation over a wide High-Efficiency Synchronous Mode input supply range. The MPQ4415M uses Operation synchronous mode operation for higher Default 2.2MHz Switching Frequency efficiency over the output current load range. 450kHz to 2.2MHz Frequency Sync Current-mode operation provides fast transient Forced Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM) response and eases loop stabilization. Internal Soft Start (SS) Power Good (PG) Indicator Full protection features include over-current Over-Current Protection (OCP) with Valley- protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown.
