MP9486 100V Input, 1A, Step-Down Converter The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP9486 is a high-voltage, step-down, Wide 4.5V to 100V Input Range switching regulator that delivers up to 1A of Hysteretic Control: No Compensation continuous current to the load. It integrates a Up to 1MHz Switching Frequency high-side, high-voltage, power MOSFET with a PWM Dimming Control Input for LED current limit of 2.5A, typically. The wide 4.5V to Application 100V input range accommodates a variety of Short-Circuit Protection (SCP) with step-down applications, making it ideal for Integrated High-Side MOSFET automotive, industry, and lighting applications. 170 A Quiescent Current Hysteretic voltage-mode control is employed for Thermal Shutdown very fast response.
