MPQ4460 Industrial Grade, 2.5A, 4MHz, 36V Step-Down Converter The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPQ4460 is a high frequency step-down Guaranteed Industrial Temp Range Limits switching regulator with an integrated internal 120 A Quiescent Current high-side high voltage power MOSFET. It Wide 3.8V to 36V Operating Input Range provides 2.5A output with current mode control 150m Internal Power MOSFET for fast loop response and easy compensation. Up to 4MHz Programmable Switching The wide 3.8V to 36V input range Frequency accommodates a variety of step-down Ceramic Capacitor Stable applications, including those in an automotive Internal Soft-Start input environment. A 120A operational Internally Set Current Limit without a quiescent current allows use in battery-powered Current Sensing Resistor applications.
