MPQ4568 Industrial Grade, 60V, 100mA Synchronous Step-Down Converter FEATURES DESCRIPTION 20A Quiescent Current The MPQ4568 is a high-frequency, step-down, Wide 4.5V to 45V Operating Range with 50V switching regulator with integrated high- Input OVP side/low-side, high-voltage power MOSFETs. It 60V Integrated MOSFETs with 0.7 and provides a highly efficient output of up to 2.25 Ron 100mA. Programmable Switching Frequency 60V rated MOSFETs and 4.5V to 45V operation Stable with Ceramic Output Capacitors range accommodates a variety of step-down Low Output Ripple applications in automotive input environment. A Programmable Soft-Start 5A shutdown mode quiescent current allows Adjustable Input UVLO Hysteresis use in battery-powered applications. Precision Peak Current Limit without It allows for high power conversion efficiency Current-Sensing Resistor over a wide load range by scaling down the Programmable Peak Current Limit switching frequency under light-load condition >90% Efficiency at 10V VIN to 5V V /2mA OUT to reduce the switching and gate driver losses. 1.0V Feedback Reference Voltage Low Shutdown Mode Current: <5A The switching frequency during start-up and 3mmx3mm QFN10 Package short circuit also can be scaled down to helps prevent inductor current runaway.
