MPQ8616 High Efficiency, 6A/12A, 6V Synchronous Step-down Converter The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPQ8616 is fully integrated high frequency 1.5V to 6V Wide Input Range synchronous rectified step-down switch mode 3 V to 6V VCC Operating Supply converter. It offers very compact solutions to 6A/12A Output Current achieve 6A/12A output current from a 3V to 6V Low R (ON) Internal Power MOSFETs DS input with excellent load and line regulation.
