The SR5150M is a Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) manufactured by Mospec, housed in a DO-201AD RoHS package, and is lead-free and compliant with the European Restrictions on the use of Hazardous Substances (RoHS). It is a high-speed rectifier that combines two diodes into a single package, allowing for single-line to single-source protection. It has low capacitance and capacitive comparison with pair diode, low leakage current, and low forward voltage drop, and offers fast forward and reverse response time. This device is designed for use in high-frequency switching applications such as DC/DC converters, AC/DC adapters and clamping circuits. It has a maximum current rating of 1A, and a maximum voltage rating of 50V.
