The Murata SAWFD1G90AH0F0AR15 is a RoHS-compliant surface mount SAW filter constructed using thin-film technology. It is designed for use in radio frequency applications from 800 MHz to 2 GHz. The device has a very low insertion loss, high upper stopband, and low temperature coefficient. It has an inductor-capacitor structure with dual-feedforward capacitors, and comes in a tape-and-reel package. The device is 1.5mm x 1.1mm in size. It is suitable for use in cellular phones, mobile handsets, communication systems, and other applications.
