74ABT245 Octal transceiver with direction pin 3-state Rev. 5 9 July 2021 Product data sheet 1. General description The 74ABT245 is an 8-bit transceiver with 3-state outputs. The device features an output enable (OE) and send/receive (DIR) for direction control. A HIGH on OE causes the outputs to assume a high-impedance OFF-state. This device is fully specified for partial power down applications using I . The I circuitry disables the output, preventing the potentially damaging backflow current OFF OFF through the device when it is powered down. 2.
