The 74AHC1G08GW.125 is a dual-channel, single-pole double-throw (SPDT) analog switch in Nexperia's 74AHC1G family. It is a low voltage, low power CMOS device designed for general purpose high speed switching applications. It has a 3.3 V supply voltage, -0.3 to 6 V input voltage and a low on state resistance of 0.75 Ohms. The switch has a maximum allowable current of 8 mA, a maximum on-state resistance of 0.75 Ohms, and a typical on state resistance of 0.15 Ohms. It is housed in a SO 8 package and features propagation delay time of 5.3ns (typical) and 4.5ns (maximum). The part is rated for -40 to + 85 degree Celsius temperature range.
